Tried out new Key kiosk at Safeway and it worked well. Good experience, made a spare set of house keys without having to make an extra trip to a hardware store.

There was a deal for buy 2 get one free Keys are on the expensive side but at least that made it bearable. I made 3 keys and none of them worked. It says its 100% guaranteed but now what do i have to do to get a refund? Its a machine so who can i talk to to make this right? What hoops do i have to jump through to get a refund. Is it worth the trouble to get my 20 bucks back. Very frustrating

They cut them very accurately from all of my experiences here! I've never had a key not fit, it's great. They also sell several different locks and home safes.
